Troop 32 - High Adventure Trek to BSA's Sea Base in the Florida Keys!

An incredible week of Sailing, Snorkeling, and Scouting Fun

 

 

 

Scouts will learn to sail a large yacht and explore the Florida Keys

 

 

- Every year Sea Base serves over 10,000 Scouts and Scouters.

- The Florida Keys are the southernmost, frost-free, tropical isles in the continental United States.

- Sea Base has the best diving, snorkeling, boating and fishing weather and conditions in the continental U.S.

 

 

 

Sea Base includes:

- Sailing Ships- Sea Base harbor with 300-foot dock

- Ship’s Store trading post

- "Big Munson" island & the only living Coral Reef in North America

 

Scout Requirements:

 

Sea Base is a BSA-owned island offering Scouting’s most complete aquatic facility.

- Crew members must be 14 years of age

- MUST PASS the standard BSA swim test prior to arrival
