In Memory
William George Ruppert
William George Ruppert is one of Troop 32's storied Eagle Scouts and was also a Vigil Member of the Order of the Arrow - the highest rank in the Scouting honor society that is bestowed only on those members who show exceptional leadership and unselfish service. William received the rank of Eagle from Troop 32 in 2017 and the impact of his leadership lives on today. William was the embodiment of all that we aspire to be in Scouting. He was trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean and reverent.
Although his time in this world was tragically brief, he will forever be an Eagle and a part of Troop 32. His leadership, generocity, and kindness touched the lives of everyone he met in the Troop. Through the memorial in his name, William will continue to have a profoundly positive impact on Troop 32 and beyond.
